About
ProspectHR Consulting
Welcome to ProspectHR Consulting, where potential meets progress.
ProspectHR is grounded in deep experience, providing HR knowledge to our clients at the intersection of the internal workplace, the reality of the world we live in, and the complexity of the needs of employees. We value open dialogue and frank communication, with the belief that the best solutions can only be achieved if we are solving the right problems.
We listen carefully to your needs and challenges, using our expertise and extensive experience in the field to guide the conversation and help you locate and articulate areas of focus for our work together. Then we partner with you to craft solutions and stand alongside you as you implement your action plan. Whether it’s Fractional HR or project-based, our HR approach is always informed by the most current best practices and technology in order to build aspirational people-focused HR solutions that combine compliance and creativity.
Names can mean many things, sometimes all at once. “Prospect” is derived from the Latin “prospectus” which can be defined as to look out over a distance, to foresee, or to look out or provide for. At ProspectHR, we are committed to seeing clearly, from where you are now to where you want to be. We look out for our clients so they can provide for their organizations and their employees.
